ICPAS CGC Research Project "A Study on the Profile of Audit Committees of Listed Companies in Singapore 2009"

The Corporate Governance Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) initiated the research project entitled “A Study on the Profile of Audit Committees of Listed Companies in Singapore 2009” which was aimed at providing an understanding of the compliance of the Companies Act and Singapore Corporate Governance Code with respect to Audit Committees (ACs) of listed companies in Singapore and a general description of the state of the ACs of listed companies in Singapore.
